You can cancel within the first 30 days following the billing date and receive a full refund provided you have made no claim. Simply call toll-free 1-800-240-5315.
After the first 30 days, if you have not filed a claim during your current contract period and are current on all payments, you can cancel your ServiceCare HVAC Protection Program at any time and without further payment. However, if you are canceling after the initial 30-day period, you must do so in writing and send it to:

If you filed a claim during your current contract period and wish to cancel prior to the anniversary of your Billing Date, you have the option of either paying the total remaining monthly payments and any outstanding service call fees or reimbursing ServiceCare for the total cost of the claim(s), whichever is less.
