Service request calls are taken 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Repair and maintenance services are typically provided Monday through Friday during normal working hours. However, if we determine a service call is an emergency, we can provide, after hours.

When you call, a ServiceCare Customer Service representative will discuss with you the service costs if you do not have the ServiceCare Appliance Repair Program.
