Rules and Eligibility

Appliance repair survey forms submitted online are automatically entered into our drawing if all required information on the online form is completed.

Monthly eligibility: Drawings will be held by the 10th business day of each month for all entries received during the preceding month. For example, if your entry is received any date during April, you will be eligible for the drawing by the 10th business day of May.

The winner will be notified by phone, and their prize mailed to them.

No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing. As an alternative to entering online, you may submit a written request for an entry form to ServiceCare by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
